Let Me Introduce Myself
After 21+ years as a REMAX® Realtor, I’ve learned a thing or two because I’ve lived a thing or two … professionally & personally.
As the daughter of two Realtors, I “grew up” in Real Estate & literally saw DFW boom first-hand. Additionally, I was knee-deep in the trenches of some “scary” past market conditions plus rode the recent, wildly unpredictable wave!
My experiences plus backgrounds in AD/PR, education & publishing lend themselves to great stories & even better lessons.

The first showing of a home is through pictures. I personally walk each room (and the backyard) with you to discuss ways to optomize not just for the in-home tour but also for the on-line buyer experience.

Planning next steps … refinance, sell, convert a current property to a rental … is difficult without knowing the numbers. I will prepare a CMA (competitive market analysis) to help with those decisions.
